Terms of Service

Sitejump is an AI-assisted migration tool. When you submit a URL we:

• crawl the publicly reachable pages of that website;
• produce an SEO audit and a proposed 301-redirect matrix;
• package the result as a migration deliverable; and
• issue a personal, OAuth-secured Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) connector you add to Lovable — or to another compatible AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor — so its AI can rebuild the site. The connector is scoped to your account; each migration you purchase unlocks the matching tools and quota on that same connector.

The Service does not take control of your existing CMS, guarantee any specific SEO ranking, or replace the judgement of a human developer. Final quality of the rebuilt site depends on the source website and on how you use Lovable after delivery.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Accounts are created via Google sign-in; the information Google shares with us (name, email, avatar) must be accurate and kept current. One account per person; do not share your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

Before submitting a URL to Sitejump, you confirm that:

• you are the owner of the website, or an authorised representative of the owner, with the right to migrate it;
• your use of the crawled content, migrated output, and the resulting Lovable project complies with all applicable copyright, trademark, database, and licensing rights, including third-party assets embedded in the source site;
• the site does not contain unlawful content and is not hosted in a way that prohibits automated retrieval of the pages you ask us to crawl.

When using the Service you must not:

• submit websites you do not own or are not authorised to migrate, or attempt to migrate content behind authentication, paywalls, or private networks;
• upload or generate malware, illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• share your MCP connector credentials or OAuth session with third parties, or connect it from accounts other than your own — the connector authenticates as you and its tools act on your behalf;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service or attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or payment;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

Sitejump is sold as a one-time purchase per migration. Base prices are set in euros (EUR). Prices displayed in other currencies are informational estimates driven by Stripe Adaptive Pricing and your approximate location; the amount actually charged is shown on the Stripe checkout page.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT. Finnish and EU VAT rules apply and are calculated by Stripe at checkout based on your billing details. You are responsible for any withholding or local taxes not collected by us. An invoice for each purchase is available in your account or on request to info@miplug.net.

Because the Service produces a bespoke digital deliverable on demand, statutory EU consumer withdrawal is waived once the migration begins, with your consent confirmed at checkout. Notwithstanding that:

• if a migration fails to produce a deliverable matching the tier you purchased, contact info@miplug.net within 14 days for a full refund;
• once the full migration has run and the deliverable is available through your MCP connector, the migration is considered delivered and is non-refundable;
• we do not offer refunds for changes of mind after delivery.

You retain all rights to the source content you submit and to the migrated output produced for your website. You grant miPlug a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service.

miPlug retains all rights to the Sitejump platform, including the crawler, MCP server, prompts, prompt templates, UI, brand elements, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform.

Names such as WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Magento, Contentful, Sanity, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and other CMS or platform names appearing on this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Sitejump uses these names only to identify the source systems it can migrate from (nominative fair use). Nothing on this site implies affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or certification by those owners.

If you are a rights holder and believe a specific mention on this site exceeds fair use, contact us at the address below and we will review it promptly.

The Service depends on third-party providers, each governed by its own terms:

• Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
• Google — sign-in via Google OAuth.
• Lovable — the destination environment where the rebuilt site is created.
• Lovable AI Gateway — routes prompts to underlying language models used to generate the audit and migration plan.
• Cloudflare — edge runtime and content delivery.
• AI assistants (Lovable, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and similar) — any assistant you connect via MCP acts under its own terms; miPlug is not responsible for how those assistants use, store, or share the tool outputs you request through the connector.

We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or content of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

The Service is an AI system. The chat assistants are AI, not people, and the audits, improvement plans, rebuild prompts, SEO notes and written reports we deliver are generated by AI from an automated crawl of your website. Output is marked as AI-generated in the app, in the connector output and in your exported files.

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided for your own evaluation and is not legal, SEO, accessibility or other professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing anything you publish or act on, including redirects, metadata and content.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, miPlug disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the migrated site will achieve any specific SEO ranking or parity with the source site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, miPlug is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the total fees you paid to miPlug for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Finnish law, including liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

You will defend and indemnify miPlug against any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a website you submitted for migration, from your use of the migrated output, or from your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, fail to pay, or expose the Service to security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing use and requesting account deletion at info@miplug.net. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in-app or by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the Helsinki District Court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
